Hello my beautiful little critters!
Well, a month has gone by with no posts from me… What can I say? I warned you all! And I have been rather flustered and busy. Plus, I have ZERO internet at home so any time online I do get is at work or school. Today I am in comtech! Anyways, let me fill you in on stuff. We have completed Macbeth (I’ll post some photos soon) and it went really really well! Apparently, I did awesome (it’s what everyone’s telling me) and have much improved since last time which is nice to hear! I actually had a ball during that production, I must admit. I think it rivals The Mousetrap for my favourite! In other Sears-related news, I will be directing the entry for next year! I know, it is very exciting… I am really pumped! I am currently in the process of reading scripts/finding a play. I am toying with the idea of writing one but I need a killer idea to hit first… On the plus side of that: I have alllllll summer!
So, today The Drama Improvisation Team is heading up to Peterborough to compete in a competition.. (That team consists of myself, Kevin, Mason and a boy named Alec). I am excited but I am also fairly sure we are going to get slaughtered. I must admit, I am pretty nervous.
Plus, I need to study for Reach!! I am attempting to get all of the Academy Award winners for best picture memorized for the next tournament, which was supposed to be yesterday but got cancelled because of a snowday (IN APRIL!!) and, as such, will be re-scheduled for a date coming soon. Cross your fingers for Thursday so that I don’t have to do my Anthro test!!!
Anyway, that’s all for now.
Have a good day and don’t forget to cheer us on!
LC FTW!!!!!!

I Thought I was a Fool for No One But ooh Baby, I'm a Fool for You!!
Listening to: Check Yes, Juliet - We The Kings, Supermassive Black Hole - Muse.
Wearing: Polkadot Shirt, Brown T-Shirt, Jeans, Shoes, Neckbrace.
Mood: Chilly and a tad jealous.
I TOLD you all I never keep up with these things! Well, don’t feel bad, I’m behind in almost everything right now. Life has been pretty crazy lately, I have never been more stressed. I really hope things ease up a bit now. We just finished the LC production of ‘My Black Lily’ and, all things considered, I think it went over fairly well. It was an awesome script. The crew did great and the majority of our cast put their heart into it… There was an exception, but let’s not talk about that. Anyway, things went over well. I kind of miss it. Not as much as I miss the play we did last year but, you know. ‘The Mousetrap’ is a hard act to follow, haha. I really had no idea what I was getting myself into when I agreed to be stage manage this year. It was a crazy responsibility. I guess I did an okay job though ‘cause I got offered a job as stage manager for a play that The Lindsay Little Theater is doing. I’m not sure if I’m going to take it, my stress level can’t handle it right now.
To tell you the truth, I really want to act again. It’s something I love and, even though I’m not particularly great at it, I miss it. The school is going Macbeth next semester and I am seriously overwhelmingly excited. Auditions? HECK YES!!
In other news, I was in a car accident on Sunday. Don’t worry my darling readers, all is good. My brother’s car is totaled and I have whip lash, but that is the worst of it. Thank God.
Anyway, that’s the update.
Cheers!
